Where is the User video downloaded?

The video of the User , once the recording is finished, is automatically saved on the Professional’s computer in the folder that is pre-set in the web browser, which by default is the folder called "downloads”.

The photographs taken by the Professional from the User’s mobile camera are all automatically saved on the Professional’s computer, in the folder that has been pre-set in the web browser which by default is the folder called "downloads”.


Where is the User Geolocation stored?

The geolocation of the User is saved in the private session of the Professional's panel in the history section. Just open the file and you can see the location of the User on the map.


Why do I not see the position of the User on the map?

Users must give permission to the system to obtain their position, if they reject (they say they do not want to share their location) it is not possible to obtain their geolocation.
