You can use it with Linux, Mac (iOS) or Windows operating system.


With which web browsers does it work on the Professional's computer?

It works with the latest and most modern versions of Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. If it is not working, you will need to update the browser to the latest available version.


What hardware should the Professional have?

In addition to the computer, they must have a webcam, speakers/headphones and a microphone.


As a Professional, can I use a Smartphone or Tablet to carry out a session?

Yes, but only with devices with the latest generation Android operating system and the latest Google Chrome web browser. It will not work with Safari on Apple (iOS) devices. We are working so that in the future these devices can be used. This does not mean that as a receiver (User) it will work perfectly with Android or Apple (iOS)


What type of Smartphone must the User have?
